Returns and Exchanges: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, so please check your order over on arrival. Engraved flasks can only be returned if damaged or defective, as they are made to order. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Standard delivery takes 1 to 4 business days, while economy delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order here.

Do you have any physical stores?

Not yet. PurePop is currently an online store, with every order packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. A physical retail presence is something we are working towards, and we will announce it here and across our social channels as soon as there is news to share.

Are you a South African company?

Yes. PurePop is a South African brand based in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal, trading as Converting Media Group (Pty) Ltd.

We started in a garage in August 2025 with 60 flasks, the business now ships from its own warehouse in Ballito. All orders are packed and dispatched locally.

Our flasks are manufactured overseas to specifications we set, as insulated drinkware is not currently produced in South Africa at all.

Every other aspect of the business is based here. Stock is quality checked, engraved, packed and dispatched from our Ballito warehouse, and packaging, printing and marketing are sourced from South African suppliers wherever possible.
