Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping on all orders within South Africa for purchases at or above R750. Please check our shipping policy for full details on eligible orders.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times typically range from 1-4 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress. Click here

How do I request a refund?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the return process and issue a refund once the returned item is received in its original condition.

What do I do if my product has a defect?

We stand by the quality of our products. If you find a defect in your purchase, please get in touch with us immediately. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within South Africa. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

How do I track my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, as well as online payment options like PayFast and Yoco for a secure and smooth transaction.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes to the address before the order is processed or shipped, but once it’s on its way, we may not be able to update the address.
