What's Covered
Our one-year limited warranty covers:

• Manufacturing faults
• Damage sustained during transit
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents within 90 days of purchase

What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by high heat such as microwaves or dishwasher cycles

How to Make a Claim
If you believe your flask is covered under warranty, please get in touch with our team with the following:

• Proof of purchase
• A brief description of the fault
• Photos of the damage

We will review your claim and get back to you within 2 to 3 business days.
