What is the minimum order for corporate engraving?
Our minimum order for corporate engraving is 30 flasks per product line. For example, if you are ordering from both the Core Series and the Carry Series, a minimum of 30 units per series applies. Mixed product lines within a single order are welcome, provided each line meets the 30 unit minimum.
What file format should I submit for my logo?
We recommend submitting artwork in PDF, PNG, or SVG format. High resolution files will produce the best engraving results. Our team will advise if your file is not suitable when we review your artwork.
Will I see a proof before production begins?
Yes. We send a digital mockup for your approval before any engraving takes place. Once you have approved the mockup, we engrave the first unit in the batch and send you a photo for final approval before completing the full order.
What happens if there is an engraving error?
If an error occurs on our side, we will replace the affected units at no cost to you.
What if I submitted incorrect artwork or names?
Once you have provided written approval of the mockup and first unit photo, responsibility for the accuracy of the engraving passes to you. Please review all proofs carefully before approving.
Is there a character limit for name engraving?
Yes. Name engraving is limited to 24 characters including spaces.
Can I mix logo and name engraving within one order?
No. Each order is engraved with a single engraving type. Separate orders are required for different engraving styles.
Which products are available for corporate engraving?
All products listed as engravable on our website are available for corporate orders.
When is payment required?
All corporate orders require full payment upfront before production begins and before any stock is dispatched. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and confirmed.
Do you engrave any logo or design submitted?
No. PurePop reserves the right to decline engraving any artwork or design at our discretion. We will not engrave copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected designs without proof of authorisation from the rights holder. Submitting artwork for engraving is confirmation that you own or have the legal right to use the design.
Are refunds available on corporate orders?
As all corporate orders are personalised and produced to specification, they are final sale. Refunds are not available unless the error is on our side.
