Ask the teamWhat is the minimum order?
30 flasks per collection. You can mix colours within that collection. Ordering Core Series and Carry Series together? Each needs at least 30 units — 15 of each would not meet the minimum.
Are there any setup fees?
We don’t charge setup fees. Send your requirements and we’ll quote your corporate order.
Will I approve the engraving before production?
Yes. We send a digital mockup for approval, then engrave the first unit and send a photo for your final approval before completing the full batch.
How long does my order take?
Your order is dispatched within 4–8 working days from confirmation of payment. Additional lead time may apply above 200 units. Dispatch is separate from delivery; speak to the team about your deadline.
What artwork files can I send?
PDF, PNG or SVG. High-resolution artwork produces the best results. We’ll review your file and advise if it is not suitable.
Can you engrave in colour?
Not currently. Laser engraving removes the powder coat to reveal the stainless steel, so the engraving is the natural silver tone of the metal.
When is payment required?
Full payment is required upfront. Production and dispatch take place after payment has been received and confirmed.
Can I mix engraving styles in one order?
Each order uses a single engraving type. Separate orders are required for different engraving styles. Discuss your preferred specification with the team when requesting your quote.
Is there a limit for name engraving?
Names can be up to 24 characters, including spaces.
Which products can be engraved?
All products listed as engravable on the PurePop website are available for corporate engraving.
What happens if there is an engraving error?
If the error is on our side, we replace the affected units at no cost to you.
Can I use any logo or design?
You must own the design or have the legal right to use it. PurePop may decline artwork at its discretion and will not engrave protected designs without authorisation from the rights holder.
Can personalised corporate orders be refunded?
Personalised corporate orders are produced to specification and are final sale. Refunds are not available unless the error is on our side.
