Social Media & Influencer Relations Lead (3 days p/w)

About the Role 

This role focuses on 100% organic reach and strategic partnerships. You’ll develop platform-specific strategies, manage high-level influencer relationships, and lead content production to drive brand awareness and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies across TikTok and Instagram.
• Influencer Management: Identify and recruit creators who align with the Purepop aesthetic.
• Briefing: Plan and create detailed creative briefs for influencers and content creators.
• Content Production: Style, shoot, and edit high-end Reels & TikToks (Organic & Paid).
• Coordination: Source & liaise with external video editors when needed to ensure high-quality asset delivery.
• Community: Act as the brand voice, managing interactions and fostering loyalty.
• Ad Support: Supply our media buyer with high-performance creative hooks.

Requirements

• Matric + 2–3 years’ experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Proven track record in organic growth and high-end mobile content creation.
• Design & Edit: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), photography, and video.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the South African influencer landscape.
• Logistics: Valid driver’s license for local shoots + own transport (Ballito/Umhlanga/Durban).
• Vibe: Highly organised, creative, and self-motivated.

Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Are you organized, efficient, and ready to be the engine behind South Africa’s most "Instagrammable" thermal flask? We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join the Purepop.co.za team in Ballito and ensure every customer receives their order with perfection!

About the Role

This role is the backbone of our customer experience. You’ll be responsible for the seamless flow of stock from receiving bulk shipments to ensuring every individual parcel is packed beautifully and dispatched on time. You’ll manage inventory accuracy and keep our Ballito hub running like a well-oiled machine.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship daily e-commerce orders with a focus on premium presentation.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure the warehouse system matches physical levels.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments and outgoing orders to maintain the high Purepop quality standard.
• Logistics: Generate waybills, schedule courier collections, and troubleshoot any delivery delays.
• Returns & Refurbishment: Process customer returns and ensure stock is handled according to company policy.
• Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment.
• Supply Management: Monitor and restock packing materials (boxes, tape, thank-you notes) to avoid downtime.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in warehousing, retail stockrooms, or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using shipping software (like Bobgo) and inventory tracking on Shopify. You will also be using our engraving machine.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet, move stock, and lift boxes up to 15kg.
• Attention to Detail: A "perfectionist" mindset you double-check every SKU and shipping label.
• Logistics: Reliable transport to the Ballito warehouse.
• Vibe: Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure during "drop" seasons or sales.
