1. Choose your flask

Pick the series and size that suits you, then choose your colour.

2. Add your engraving

Click the orange engraving button on the product page, enter the name, initials or message you want, and choose your font.

3. Pick your lid and accessories

Choose the lid that suits how you drink, then add any accessories to finish it off.

4. We make it

Your flask is engraved in-house at our Ballito warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours.

HOW TO

ADD ENGRAVING

Step 1

Click the "Add name engraving" button

On any product page, find the orange engraving button just below Add to Cart on the product page, and click to open the engraving options.

Step 2

Add your details

Type the name, initials or message you want engraved, then pick your style from more than 10 fonts.

Step 3

Add to cart and checkout

Your engraving is added to the order and completed at our Ballito warehouse, ready for dispatch within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about personalising your flask.

What products can be engraved?

Every flask in the PurePop range can be engraved, across the Core, Core Series Plus, Carry, Sip, Food and Grip series. Look for the orange engraving button on the product page to add it to your order.

What engraving methods do you use?

All engraving is done in-house at our Ballito warehouse using professional fibre and diode laser technology. The laser removes the powder coat finish to expose the stainless steel beneath, creating a permanent mark that will not fade, peel or wear off. No printing or vinyl is used.

How long does an engraved order take?

Personalised orders are dispatched within 1 business day, with delivery of 1 to 4 business days after that depending on your location. Corporate orders of 30 units and above take 6 to 12 working days from confirmation of payment.

Can I upload my own logo or artwork?

Logo engraving is available on corporate orders of 30 units and above. Personal orders are limited to text, which can be a name, initials or a short message.

Can engraved orders be returned?

Because engraving is permanent and the item cannot be resold, personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind. Manufacturing faults and engraving errors are covered under our warranty, so please submit a claim if either applies.

How much does engraving cost?

Engraving is R89 per unit on personal orders. Corporate pricing is quoted based on quantity.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. Corporate orders start at a minimum of 30 units per collection, with pricing, engraving options and lead times set out on our corporate page. Submit an enquiry and you will receive a quote.

Can you engrave in colour?

Not currently. Laser engraving works by removing the powder coat finish to expose the stainless steel beneath, so the mark always comes out in the natural silver tone of the metal, set against the colour of your flask.
