Refund policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not, please return it. Our therapist told us we need to avoid anything that could lead to a bad review, so we're more than willing to process the exchange or refund.
You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to decide if you want a return or exchange. Just make sure your request is sent to us within that 30-day window.
Please understand that due to the hygienic nature of drinkware, we cannot resell returned items. Before finalising your purchase, please be sure about the colour and items you are choosing.
To submit a return, Just send us an email at info@purepop.co.za with your order number and let us know what you'd like to do (return for a refund or request an exchange).
Non-Refundable: Please note that return shipping fees, gift cards, or any custom engraved items are non-refundable unless they have manufacturing faults or faults with any engravings or customisations.
